Q01Do you install shade sails?
Yes. We can supply and install, or supply only if you have your own installer. For repairs, we can often work with the sail taken down and re-hung.
Q02Can you repair a shade sail rather than replace it?
Often, yes. If the fabric is sound but seams are failing or edges need re-binding, a repair is usually the smart call. Send photos and we will advise honestly.
Q03Do you replace umbrella canopies?
Yes. If your wood umbrella frame is in good condition, a custom replacement canopy costs a fraction of a new umbrella. We need the rib count, diameter and photos to quote.
Q04What fabrics do you use for awnings and shade sails?
Commercial-grade acrylics like Planasol and Sunbrella for awnings, and proper shade mesh for sails. All UV-stabilised for New Zealand conditions with a wide colour range.
Q05How much does an outdoor squab cost?
It depends on size, foam grade and fabric choice. Send us dimensions and photos of the bench or furniture and we will quote quickly.
